Before founding Mavfin in 2021, our team spent twelve years working together at a regional Florida developer — covering acquisitions, finance, asset management, property management, and construction. That shared operating background is the foundation of how we underwrite, build, and run what we own.
We operate as principals, not as a fund or syndicator, which means decisions are made by the people putting capital to work. That keeps our process direct, our timelines short, and our diligence honest.
Our portfolio includes assets anchored by a national building-products distributor and multi-tenant IOS sites operated in partnership with a multi-state truck parking platform — serving Florida's construction, logistics, and trade-related economy.

Mavfin Partners was founded in 2021 by a team with over forty years of combined real estate experience. The partners spent the twelve years prior working side by side at a regional Florida developer — collectively contributing to the development, management, and disposition of hundreds of millions of dollars of industrial, office, and hospitality real estate across Florida and the Northeast.
